ALT EFF, in collaboration with Kumaraguru Institutions, led a focused environmental outreach initiative through curated film screenings that engaged more than 100 students and children. 10 dyas of screening extended across Global Pathway School (GPS), Kumaraguru campuses, and Samathur village, creating meaningful learning spaces within both institutional and rural communities.
The screenings were designed not only as viewing sessions but as platforms for dialogue. Each film was followed by interactive discussions and reflections, transforming on-screen narratives into deeper conversations about environmental responsibility, climate change, and sustainable living. Through this outreach effort, participants were encouraged to critically reflect, ask questions, and connect global environmental concerns to their local realities.
By bridging campuses and communities, the initiative strengthened ecological awareness, empathy, and collective responsibility.
